She was born March 13, 1925 in Oneonta, the daughter of Selime “Sam” and Betty (Shamas) Monser. Josie graduated from Oneonta High School She married Carl Gilmour on November 30, 1952. Josie started volunteering at A.O. Fox Hospital in 1964 and sadly had to stop in 2020 due to Covid…
