Deputy, Dogs Safe After Entangled In Wires At Route 23 Crash Scene ONEONTA – County Sheriff’s Deputy Kristopher Solovitch and his dog, Mika, members of the K9 Unit, are safe after Solovitch’s vehicle became tangled in power lines following a tractor-trailer crash at 2 a.m. today on Route 23, Town of Oneonta.
