IN MEMORIAM: Leland W. Utter, 87; Navy Veteran Leland W. Utter, 87, of Lake City, Fla., and formerly of Schenevus, passed away Oct. 11, 2015,  at the New York State Veterans Home, Oxford.  He leaves survivors in Oneonta and Cooperstown. He was born Nov. 14, 1927, in the Town of Maryland, the son of William H. and Ruby (Ritchey) Utter.…
