IN MEMORIAM: ‘Lennie’ Bourgeois, 82; Navy Flight Engineer Raised In Laurens LAURENS – William L. “Lennie” Bourgeois, 82, raised in Laurens before embarking on a 20-plus year career as a Navy flight engineer, died at Fort Walton Beach, Fla., on Jan. 12, 2019.  Since 1981, he had lived in Valparaiso, Fla.
