Kyle Burch, 31; Succumbs To Leukemia ONEONTA – Kyle Burch, 31, a SUNY Oneonta alumni recently diagnosed with leukemia, passed away today, Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
