Council Support Sought To Upgrade Library Park

Council Support Sought To Upgrade Library Park ONEONTA – The Huntington Memorial Library director will ask Common Council Tuesday for a resolution supporting its $500,000 plan to make the park around the park more welcoming and used by the public.
