Linda was born in Sidney, on Feb. 5, 1961, the daughter of Richard G. and Hilda Mae Williams Haynes. She was employed for many years at Bassett Specialty Care in Oneonta, and for the last 10 years as an associate at the Oneonta Walmart.…
