ONEONTA – Oneonta native Lucy Baldo Gaisford, 99, a career-long teacher, passed away on Feb. 22, 2016, after a brief illness in Melbourne, Fla, where she had been living.  She was born in Oneonta, on June 3, 1916, the daughter of Donato and Caroline (Cirillo) Baldo.
