IN MEMORIAM:  Lynette Marie Dibble, 63; Former Village Clerk Worked For Arc Otsego HARTWICK – Lynette Marie Dibble, 63, a former Richfield Springs village clerk and a community service provider for Arc Otsego, passed away peacefully on a beautiful Fall Sunday afternoon, Oct. 23, 2016, with her two sons and closest friends by her side.
