IN MEMORIAM: Marian Rathbun, 91; CCS Board Clerk, Secretary To Principal COOPERSTOWN –Marian Ruth Rathbun, 91, a long-time secretary to the principal at Cooperstown Central School and clerk of the CCS board, passed away Tuesday morning, Aug. 9, 2016, at Bassett Hospital.  She lived in Pierstown.
