IN MEMORIAM:  Marty Patton Sr., 89; NYSEG Retiree Operated Restaurant ONEONTA – Martin R. Patton Sr., 89, passed away peacefully, at home surrounded by his family, on March 9, 2019. An NYSEG retiree who operated a restaurant on River Street where Bella Michaels is today, he is the father of Marty Patton, owner of Cooperstown All Star Village in Wests Oneonta.
