In Memoriam Frieda M. Scanlon, 85 Jan. 16, 1936 – Jun. 25, 2021 WESTVILLE – Frieda M. Scanlon, 85, of Westville, passed away the morning of June 25, 2021, at her home, after a long battle with dementia. She was born January 16, 1936, in Smyrna, one of six children of Luman S. and Esther L. (Knochenmus) Ward. Her family eventually settled to Carlisle. She graduated from Cobleskill High School.
