Maryland Women Arrested For Milford Hit-and-Run MILFORD – A Town of Maryland woman was arrested by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department for fleeing the scene of an accident after she struck a Milford woman walking along the side of State Highway 7 near the intersection of County Highway 58A.
