IN MEMORIAM: Nancy J. Meade, 67; Retired From OFO, SUNY Milne Library ONEONTA – Nancy J. Meade, 67, of Oneonta, who retired after years with OFO and SUNY Oneonta’s Milne Library, passed peacefully on Friday, Aug. 30, 2019, at home in Oneonta, surrounded by family.
