Ramsey, 97, of New Berlin, a quarter-century Preferred Mutual employee, passed away on Nov. 16, 2019 at Chase Nursing Home. Norma was born on Sept. 18, 1922, in the Town of Burlington, the daughter of Ford & Carrie (Simmons) Bennett.  Her childhood was spent in the Burlington and Edmeston areas.  She was a 1939 graduate of Edmeston Central School.…
