Police Nab Center City Thief ONEONTA – A fingerprint found at the scene of one of the eight Center City burglaries lead police to arrest an Oneonta man and charge him with eight felonies and three misdemeanors. Nicholas M. McDonald, 26, was arrested after police identified him using fingerprints lifted from the scene.  His fingerprints were on file from a previous arrest, according to Lt. Douglas Brenner.
