Nicoletta To Retire As Bassett CFO; Andrews Succeeds Him At Hospital COOPERSTOWN –  Nick Nicoletta, Richfield Springs, longtime chief financial officer at Bassett Hospital and also CFO of its eight-county healthcare corporation, will retire at the end of the year.
