This Voting Season, Ballots May Be Cast Beginning Saturday COOPERSTOWN – For the first time in New York State, citizens may vote in-person before Election Day at a central voting location, beginning 1-6 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 26, at the county’s Meadows Office Complex.
