Bassett Names Scott Bonderoff President Of O’Connor Hospital COOPERTOWN – The Bassett Healthcare Network trustees today named Scott Bonderoff president of O’Connor Hospital in Delhi, effective Monday. He succeeds Dr. Carlton Rule, who is leaving the Bassett system at month’s end.
