Hallock, 89; With Husband, Ran Old Mill Antique Shop ONEONTA – Eleanor Donohue Hallock, who operated the Old Mill Antique Shop in Portlandville in 1987-2005, passed away Nov. 29, 2019, in Oneonta after an illness. She was born on Nov. 1, 1930, in Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan, daughter of Thomas Donohue and Kathryn Cantwell.
