COMMENTS SOUGHT ON CITY FUTURE Oneontans Are Invited To Open House Jan. 18 ONEONTA –  Citizens are invited to stop by an open house at the Wilber Mansion from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, and give their reaction to initial conclusions about the city’s Comprehensive Plan Update.
