2nd Meeting Of Steering Committee Consultants To Report On Downtown Potential ONEONTA – The public is invited to the second meeting of the Downtown Revitalization Steering Committee, 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at Foothills, where Stantec Urban Planners are offering an analysis of downtown potential and possible barriers.
