Fund In Mayor Miller’s Memory To Plant, Preserve Trees In City ONEONTA – Mayor Richard P. Miller Jr.’s legacy will live on in the continued beautification of Oneonta. At a City Hall press conference this morning, a Mayor Miller Memorial Fund was announced.  The proceeds will be used to plant and preserve trees in the city.
