IN MEMORIAM: Wava H. Cuyler, 91; Taught In Oneonta Schools 28 Years ONEONTA – Wava Hatcher Cuyler, 91, who taught Oneonta children for 28 years, retiring in 1984 from Center Street School, passed away after a brief illness on Thursday July 13, 2017 in Oneonta.
