County GOP Backs Devlin For 4th Term Fernandez Plans Primary Challenge MILFORD – The Otsego County Republican Committee endorsed county Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. Saturday for a fourth term, according to county Chairman Vice Casale. Casale said retired state trooper Bob Fernandez said he will circulate petitions to primary Devlin in a Sept. 10 primary.
