Party Will Seek ‘Good Democrat’ To Run For Treasurer, Abbate Says COOPERSTOWN – The Democratic county chairman, Richard Abbate, said Republican county treasurer candidate Allen Ruffles has the right to appear before the county committee and ask for its endorsement.
