Chenango County Police Force  Joins PAARI, Anti-Heroin Push OXFORD – Chief Richard Nolan announced today that the Oxford Police Department has partnered with The Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (P.A.A.R.I.) and Truth Pharm to launch their addiction outreach and recovery program, Road to Recovery. Merchants Beware: That $100 Bill May Be Bogus ONEONTA – State police have received “numerous complaints” of counterfeit $100 bills being used in Otsego and Delaware county stores with the intent of scamming merchants, according to State Trooper Nathan Riegal, public information officer.
