Senate Hopeful Bagnall-Graham Debuts Locally At Democrat Fete ONEONTA – Jermaine Bagnall-Graham of Sherburne, the Democratic candidate for the 51st state Senate, debuts locally this evening at the annual Henry Nicols Democratic Dinner at Foothills Performing Arts Center.   Cocktail hour is 6-6:30.
