Reminder: Cars Left On Village Streets Overnight In Snowstorm Will Be Towed COOPERSTOWN – Beginning with the next major snowstorm, the Village of Cooperstown will begin towing cars that are left on the streets overnight, Police Chief Frank Cavalieri announced today.
