IN MEMORIAM: Patricia Pindar, 86; Created 600 Scarves For The Needy ONEONTA – Patricia (Patt) Pindar, 86, of Oneonta died Feb. 13, 2017, at the Chestnut Park Rehabilitation facility. She was born April 4, 1930, in Bainbridge, the daughter of the late Willard and Madeline (Woolhouse) Cross.
