Focus Employee Arrested For Theft, Needle Possession INDEX –  A Focus Otsego employee has been arrested for possessing a hypodermic needle and for stealing money from a co-worker’s car, the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department reports. Hartwick Highway Super Charged With Petit Larceny HARTWICK – The Town of Hartwick Highway Superintendent was arrested and charged with several misdemeanors by Otsego County Sheriff’s Department.
