County Phone Lines Restored

COOPERSTOWN – Otsego County Government phone service has been reestablished and is now fully operational, according to a release from Brian Pokorny, the county’s IT director.  The service was restored at 5:45 this afternoon.

COOPERSTOWN – Otsego County government phone lines are down due to an issue with the county’s telephone provider. according to a press release by Brian Pokorny, IT director for the county.

911 is still operational, and for non-emergencies, Porkony said, the Sheriff’s Office line can be reached at (607) 547-1697.

Pokorny believes the issue will be resolved within a few hours.
