IN MEMORIAM:  Raymond C. Lawlor, 73; Retired Electrician Umped At Dreams Park COOPERSTOWN – Raymond C. Lawlor, 73, a career electrician who umpired at Dreams Park after retiring to Cooperstown in 2000,  passed away early Saturday morning, July 9, 2016, at Bassett Hospital, due to complications from an illness.
