ONEONTA EYES BOUTIQUE HOTEL Council Considers Hiring Consultant ONEONTA – Common Council Tuesday will be asked to approve a contract with REVPAR International Inc., Alexandria, Va., to do a feasibility study on whether a boutique hotel would be successful in downtown Oneonta.
