IN MEMORIAM Dick Daniels, 92, of Gilbertsville; Served As County Representative GILBERTSVILLE – Richard F. “Dick” Daniels, 92, former member of the Otsego County Board of Representatives and a community leader in the Gilbertsville area, passed away Feb. 4, 2020, at Fox Hospital in Oneonta.
