IN MEMORIAM Frank Kasprowicz, 82; Farmer Led Snowtopper Snowmobilers RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Frank Kasprowicz, 82, second president of what became the Canadarago Snowtoppers’ snowmobiler club, passed away on Saturday morning, April 27, 2019, at Foltsbrook Rehabilitation & Nursing Home in Herkimer. He was born on the family farm in South Columbia on Nov. 10, 1936, son of the late Frank and Ida Siedletska Kasprowicz.
