IN MEMORIAM: Peter Brykailo, 71; Justice In Richfield Springs, Exeter RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Peter Brykailo Jr., 71, who served for 20 years as a justice for the Village of Richfield Springs and Town of Exeter, passed away peacefully Monday evening, Oct. 8, 2018, in his home with the comfort of family at his side.
