Council Considers Right-Of-Way To Sixth Ward Housing Project ONEONTA – Common Council Tuesday will consider a motion to swap property to allow a right-of-way to the Duane Street site now under consideration for a 64-unit housing development. Council meets at 7 p.m. in City Hall.
