IN MEMORIAM: Robert Hutchins, 55; Lived At Willowbrook Until It Closed MILFORD – Robert Hutchins, 55, who moved to Upstate New York as part of the Willowbrook Exodus Program, passed away on April 6, 2016.  He was born on Oct. 23, 1961, in Brooklyn, to a 14-year-old. Robert never left the hospital. He was placed in Willowbrook State School for children with intellectual disabilities, where he lived until 1975.
