IN MEMORIAM/FULL OBITUARY ‘RJ’ Mulligan, 90; Veteran, Contractor, Village Native Son COOPERSTOWN – Robert Joseph Mulligan, 90, a retired contractor and Cooperstown Native Son, passed away Aug. 12, 2017.
