IN MEMORIAM:  John L. Tschupp, 76; Introduced To Elks While In Oneonta ONEONTA – John L. Tschupp, 76, who joined the Elks while in Oneonta and continued to enjoy lodge membership in Queens and Rockland, Maine, passed away Saturday Feb. 23, 2019, in Chestnut Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, after a brief illness. He was born March 25, 1942, in Brooklyn, the son of the late Charles and Mary B. (Cronin) Tschupp. He attended Manhattan College.…
