IN MEMORIAM: Richard Breuninger, 73; Retired Pastor, Incoming Rotary President ONEONTA – Word has been received that Richard A. Breuninger, 73, retired United Methodist minister, passed away suddenly.  He was vice president/president elect of the Oneonta Rotary Club, scheduled to assume the presidency July 1. Arrangements are in the hands of Johnston & Stanimer Funeral Home, Morris.  A full obituary will follow when available.…
