COOPERSTOWN PARADE – 5-6 p.m., Line up in Cooper Park, parade down Main St., Cooperstown.
ONEONTA TREAT & PARADE – 3-6 p.m., 7 p.m. parade. Trick of Treat on Main St. Participating businesses will have signs in their storefronts. 7 p.m. parade through downtown Oneonta. Line up on Elm St. 6:15-6:45 p.m.
