In Memoriam Russell L. Hotaling, 96 February 16, 1925 – February 23, 2021 ONEONTA – A graveside service with military honors will be held for Russell Hotaling, as well as his sister, Clara Waring, at 11 a.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Milford Cemetery, with the Rev.
