IN MEMORIAM:  Salvatore Nigrelli, 78; On Retirement, Barber Moved To Oneonta ONEONTA – Salvatore Nigrelli, who moved to his wife’s hometown of Oneonta on his retirement, passed away Aug. 27, 2016, at Bassett Hospital after a long illness. He was born Aug. 28, 1938, in Jersey City, N.J., to Albert and Angelina (Mazzoni) Nigrelli.  He graduated from Union Hill High School in June 1957.
