IN MEMORIAM Sally Ann Willcox-Hopper, 80; Founded Oneonta’s Robynwood ONEONTA – Sally Ann Willcox-Hopper, 80, who founded Robynwood Home for Adults in Oneonta in 1971, passed away suddenly on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, at her home in Gloversville. She was born Sept. 1, 1937, in Cortland, the daughter of Alan and Ida (Hinckley) Willcox.  She graduated from Cherry Valley Central School and attended Traphagen School for Design in New York City.…
