IN MEMORIAM: Sarah L. Knapp, 87, Oneonta ONEONTA – Sarah L. Knapp, 87, a 33-year resident of Franklin Street, passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at home with her loving family. She was born Nov. 9, 1928 in Decatur, the daughter of Levi and Elsa (Clapper) Crandall. Sarah married William P. Coe Jan.14, 1945 in Sidney. In July of 1971, she married Glenn C.
