IN MEMORIAM: Robert Heffernan Jr., 37, Oneonta; Succumbs To Longtime Condition ONEONTA – Robert J. Heffernan Jr., 37, of Oneonta, who worked on the Hartwick College facilities staff, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at home in Oneonta, due to complications from a long-term seizure disorder.
