IN MEMORIAM: Russell Decker, 59; Oneonta Native Self-Taught Musician ONEONTA – Oneonta native Russell W. Decker 59, passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at home in Unadilla. He was born on June 25, 1957, Fox Hospital, the first child of Leon H. and Patricia A. (Ainsworth) Decker.
