IN MEMORIAM: Stanley Eldred, 82; Air Force Vet Owned Stan’s Garage WELLS BRIDGE – Stanley Eldred, 82, who operated Stan’s Garage in Gilbert Street in Oneonta, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at the state Veterans Home in Oxford, where he had resided for a year.
